Consultation and advice to clients who face
difficult shareholder situations is a major part of
the service we offer to clients. Please
understand that this is a valuable service, and
we cannot offer it without charge. Most
consultations involve multiple phone
conferences, legal research, and review of
relevant corporate and financial records. Our
goals in consulting with shareholders are to fully
educate them as to their rights, to assist them in
positioning themselves to best protect their
interests, and to provide guidance as to their
future course of action. Our consultations with
other attorneys are usually aimed at generating
ideas, reviewing legal strategy, and crystallizing
legal theories.
If you wish to consult with us or to have us
represent you in a dispute, call or send us an
email to schedule an initial telephone
conference. In our initial email exchange or
during our initial telephone conference, you are
not a client, so please do not disclose any
confidential information. Once we determine that
we do not have a conflict, that we are able to help
you, and we agree on financial terms, then we
will begin the consultation or representation.
